    Items can be exchanged for another of equal value within one year from purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by the invoice.

    Within 30 days: full return for manufacturing defects. 31 days – 12 months: return allowed with a 35% deduction. After 12 months: returns are no longer accepted. *Customized or engraved pieces are final sale.
