    - Jewelry repair and restoration. - Polishing and cleaning services. - Stone replacement if a stone becomes loose or falls out. - All services within the one-year warranty period are free of charge.

  • 3. What is your exchange policy?

    Items can be exchanged for another of equal value within one year from purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by the invoice.

  • 4. What is your return policy?

    Within 30 days: full return for manufacturing defects. 31 days – 12 months: return allowed with a 35% deduction. After 12 months: returns are no longer accepted. *Customized or engraved pieces are final sale.

    Yes. At SAFAA Jewelry, we offer custom design services. Whether it’s a unique design, a personalized gemstone arrangement, or engraving, we can work with you to create a piece that reflects your individuality.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

    Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. All orders include tracking and are packaged in our signature SAFAA Jewelry boxes.
