RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SAFAA Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund or exchange. From 31 days up to 12 months, returns are accepted; however, they will be subject to a 35% deduction from the item’s value. After 12 months, returns are no longer eligible.

To be considered for return, all pieces must be presented in their full original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or order. Once received, the item will undergo a careful inspection by our quality specialists. Only pieces found to be in a good condition will be approved. If the jewelry shows signs of wear, alteration, or improper handling, the return or exchange request will regrettably be declined.
