WARRANTY & REPAIR


 

SAFAA Jewelry offers a one-year warranty on all jewelry pieces purchased through our official channels. Within this period, we will repair or replace any manufacturing faults at no additional cost. The warranty includes repairs for breakage caused by manufacturing defects, professional cleaning and polishing services, and the reinstallation of stones that become loose or fall out.


Please note that the warranty does not apply to items purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors, damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper storage, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, bent rings, or broken chains. It also does not cover alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, or lost or stolen items. Jewelry not covered under warranty may still be evaluated for repair on a case-by-case basis, with costs determined after inspection by our quality specialists. In some cases, discontinued pieces may not be eligible for repair if the original materials are no longer available.
